I woke up this morning, smiled, thanked God for another day, called my Elli in Atlanta (who is probably still napping), turned on the TV, and decided to go make some coffee. This is kind of a typical Saturday morning routine (with or without the morning call, because I try not to call people before 8 am too often because that’s kind of annoying lol). I usually start off Saturday mornings with a light breakfast, food network, and some homework, and I’m perfectly content with that routine. Until recently though, I hadn’t been able to do that.   Before I launch my sob story, I would like to say that I miss all of you and hope you are well. I haven’t been able to visit your pages like usual, but I hope you are in good spirits. I saw the cute little pictures of Tomas and his mommy, and I hope they are doing well. I also hope my BF J isn’t still random-slapping people. I hope Scribey is smiling for a change, and that DB is keeping order in bloggland! I also hope that Bluez is enjoying her new surroundings, and that Autumn is enjoying her time with the new babies in the OB.  Ok, that’s IT for the shout outs!

It has been a trip around here, and my life has been so much less than “normal” lately.  I don’t even feel like blogging about it right now, but I would still like to insert my PSA (public service announcement, not prostate specific antigen, however, ironically, that bears some importance at this time as well, but one thought at a time):

IF you do not have a carbon monoxide monitor, PLEASE get one!! I am a believer!!!

Well, I’ll be back to write more later, but I really like to do early morning reading so before the early morning is gone, I’m going to do that!
